By using innova3d.in or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. We've kept them in plain English — no footnotes, no fine print.

Who we are

Innova3D is a small workshop based in Chennai, India, that designs and 3D-prints flexi toys. When these terms say “we” or “us”, that's us.

Orders & payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments through Cashfree (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
  • Once payment is successful, we'll begin printing your order. Cancellations are only possible before printing starts.

Product & colors

We do our best to show accurate product photos, but actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration, lighting, and filament batch variation. Each flexi toy is hand-finished, so minor imperfections are part of the charm, not a defect.

Intellectual property

All product designs, photography, and written content on this site are owned by Innova3D. Please don't copy, reprint, or resell our designs without permission. If you'd like to collaborate or license something, get in touch.

User content

If you tag us on social media or share a photo of your flexi toy in the wild, we might re-share it on our channels (with credit). If you'd rather we didn't, just let us know.

Limitation of liability

Our flexi toys are designed for ages 8 and up. They're not meant for children under 3 (small articulated parts). We're not responsible for misuse of the product. If something goes wrong with your order, we'll always try to fix it — but our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email if you're on our list, or on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
