“Every one is unique”
The bark texture differs from unit to unit. Love that.

Our practice
Every Innova3D toy emerges from our Bambu Lab printer as a single continuous piece — articulated joints already linked, already flexing. No glue. No assembly. No seams.
We design with kinetic intent. Each link is engineered to move, each surface tuned for the way PLA bio-plastic catches light. The result is a desk object that's as much fidget as it is figurine.
Featured drop
From file to flex
Most toys are injection-moulded. Ours aren't. Each piece takes hours to print, because every layer has to fuse to the one before it — that's what makes the joints move.
Every joint, every link, every overhang — modelled in CAD with print-tolerance baked in.
Sliced at 0.08mm resolution on a Bambu Lab X1C. Support geometry engineered, not auto-generated.
Six to nine hours of layer-by-layer PLA extrusion. One continuous piece — no assembly.
Fused, flexed, inspected, and shipped in recyclable kraft packaging.
From the owners

How did they do this without painting. Incredible.
Spent an hour on my first day just flexing it.
Didn't expect that and now I can't stop nudging it.
Valentine's gift that actually landed. Very thoughtful touch.
Blindfold detail is perfect. Even the hair angle is right.
Material & values
We print in PLA — a bio-plastic derived from corn starch. It’s compostable under industrial conditions, food-safe, and doesn’t off-gas like petrochem resins.
Because we print-on-order, we never overproduce. Your toy starts existing the day you order it.
