How your flexi toys get to you.

Every flexi toy is printed to order in our Chennai workshop. Here's what the journey looks like from when you hit checkout to when the unboxing video hits your camera roll.

Processing time

Because each toy is printed on demand, orders take 2–4 business daysto print and quality-check before they ship. Larger orders or complex designs (dragons, octopi) may take up to 5 days. We'll email you once your order leaves the workshop.

Shipping times within India

• Metro cities (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2 cities — 3–6 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India — 5–8 business days after dispatch

Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹999 — Free shipping, always.
• Orders below ₹999 — Flat ₹99 across India.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link over email and SMS as soon as your parcel is picked up by our courier partner. Most orders can be tracked through Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post depending on your PIN code.

International shipping

We're not shipping internationally right now, but we're working on it. If you're outside India and really want a flexi toy, email us at hello@innova3d.in — we may be able to arrange something.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is stuck in transit for more than 10 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it with the courier. Worst case, we'll reprint and reship at no cost.
