What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.

We're a small team that prints flexi toys. We're not in the data business. Still, the law (and good sense) requires us to be clear about what happens with your information.

What we collect

• When you place an order — your name, shipping address, email, and phone number, so we can ship your toy and keep you posted.
• When you pay — payment details are handled directly by Cashfree. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• When you sign up for our newsletter — just your email.
• When you visit the site — anonymous analytics (page views, device type) so we know what's working.

How we use it

• To process and ship your order.
• To send order updates and shipping notifications.
• To send the occasional newsletter, if you signed up. You can unsubscribe any time from the link in the footer of every email.
• To improve the site and the products.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't share your contact info with third parties (other than the courier partner that needs it to ship your order).
• We don't spam. If you bought a toy, we'll send order emails. The newsletter is opt-in only.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — one for your shopping cart, one for a privacy-respecting analytics tool. No advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@innova3d.inwith the subject “Privacy request” and we'll handle it within 30 days.
