We print each flexi toy one at a time, by hand, in Chennai. Sometimes the post office has other ideas. Here's how we handle it.

7-day return window

If your flexi toy arrives damaged, defective, or just isn't what you expected, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Drop us a note at hello@innova3d.inwith a photo and your order number, and we'll take it from there.

Eligibility

A flexi toy is eligible for return if it:

• Arrived damaged, broken, or with fused/stuck joints
• Is the wrong design or color
• Is unused and in its original condition

We can't accept returns on:

• Custom / made-to-order designs (unless defective)
• Toys that show obvious wear or damage from use
• Items returned after the 7-day window

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify it, we'll process the refund within 5–7 business daysback to your original payment method. You'll get an email when it's on its way.

Exchanges

Want a different design or color? Easier than a refund — just let us know and we'll send a replacement once we receive the original. We'll cover the return shipping for defects; for preference-based exchanges, you cover return shipping and we'll ship the replacement free.

Damaged on arrival?

Send us a photo of the packaging and the toy within 48 hours of delivery. We'll reprint and reship at no cost.
